THE COMPANY'S HISTORY

The company has been operating since 1989 with a lot of projects. These projects were located mainly in Alexandria, Egypt. Our work was divided into two sectors: construction and jewelry stores. In 2014, the company expanded to a new city, Sharm el-Sheikh. In 2017, there was a big expansion by traveling to the Red Sea by Hurghada; this expansion was a big jump in the project and the surface of the land.

And now in 2025, we are building compounds for a luxury and premium community to build your dream life. Today, we are progressing in the best touristic locations in Egypt: Sharm el-Sheikh, Hurghada, and Marsa Alam. With a modern and futuristic vision, we are building a model of the touristic vision of Egypt.
